Travis Kelce isn’t going anywhere with the Kansas City Chiefs, at least not yet.

There were retirement rumors surrounding the future Hall of Fame tight end following the Chiefs’ second Super Bowl victory in a row. But he seems to have put those rumors to rest.

NFL Network insider Ian Rapoport reported on Monday that the Chiefs have agreed to a new two-year contract extension with Kelce that will make him deservedly the highest-paid tight end in the league. Interstate 70 Sports Media was able to confirm the report.

Kelce, 34, is now the highest paid Tight End in NFL history. He is the Chiefs’ franchise leader in career receiving yards, with 11,328. He also has registered 75 touchdowns during his legendary NFL career.
