Bryan Torres had a run scored with two-run home run (3).

JJ Wetherholt had 2 hits with a stolen base (9).

JoJo Romero (19), Ryne Stanek (14), and George Soriano (11) all picked up holds.

Riley O’Brien picked up his (20th) save.

The Cardinals are now 43-38.

The Cardinals now go on the road for six games. The Cardinals will face the Atlanta Braves for a three-game series (Tuesday-Thursday) and then a three-game series against the Chicago Cubs (Friday-Sunday).

Michael McGreevy (3-6), 3.12 ERA, 89.1 innings, 57 strikeouts, 21 walks, and a whip of 1.14 vs Reynaldo Lopez (3-1), 3.47 ERA, 46.2 innings, 40 strikeouts, 21 walks, and a whip of 1.37.

Dustin May (5-6), 4.30 ERA, 83.2 innings, 77 strikeouts, 22 walks, and a whip of 1.20 vs Grant Holmes (4-4), 3.96 ERA, 77.1 innings, 69 strikeouts, 37 walks, and a whip of 1.36.
