JJ Wetherholt 2(45), Ivan Herrera (50), Burleson (78), Jordan Walker (83), Jimmy Crooks (12), and Masyn Winn (47) all had RBI’s.

Justin Bruihl picked up his (8th) hold.

George Soriano (5-3) picked up the win.

Riley O’Brien picked up his (29th) save.

The Cardinals are now 59-59.

The Philadelphia Phillies now come in for a three-game series (Monday-Wednesday).

The scheduled starting pitching matchups are

Andrew Painter (1-8), 6.48 ERA, 75 innings, 63 strikeouts, 28 walks, and a whip of 1.57 vs Hunter Dobbins (2-2), 3.60 ERA, 40 innings, 36 strikeouts, 14 walks, and a whip of 1.30.

Cristopher Sanchez (15-4), 2.65 ERA, 149.2 innings, 174 strikeouts, 35 walks, and a whip of 1.22 vs Andre Pallante (12-6), 3.63 ERA, 124 innings, 90 strikeouts, 37 walks, and a whip of 1.22.

Zack Wheeler (10-3), 2.69 ERA, 110.1 innings, 132 strikeouts, 28 walks, and a whip of 0.98 vs Kyle Leahy (8-4), 3.45 ERA, 112.1 innings, 99 strikeouts, 35 walks, and a whip of 1.34.
