In the wake St. Louis City transferring Marcel Hartel to 2. Bundesliga side Hannover 96, the team acquired Tahir Reid-Brown from Orlando City in exchange for General Allocation Money. The move was $150,000 with the potential for an additional $300,000 should Reid-Brown performance is met.

Reid-Brown spent his entire 6 year career with Orlando City SC system through the B team where he recorded 65 appearances and two goals. He made nine appearances for Orlando City’s first team across all competition and made his MLS debut against Inter Miami CF on Match 2, 2025. He also represented the United States for multiple youth international levels, from the 2023 FIFA U-17 World Cup, as well as appearances with the U.S. U-19 and U-20 Men’s National Teams.
