City SC continues its historic unbeaten streak to 13 games with a convincing 3-1 victory over the Western Conference leaders the Vancouver Whitecaps on Saturday night. Emmanuel Sabbi opened the match with a goal for Vancouver in the third minute and his fifth goal of the season to give his team a 1-0 lead.

St. Louis answered back with a goal from Simon Becher to make it 1-1. Then in 41st minute Tomas Totland scored and four minute later right before halftime Conrad Wallem ended the match with goal to give City SC a 3-1 road victory.

It was City SC (10-6-7) first away win against Vancouver in club history and moved into a third-place tie with LAFC and Dallas — six points back of the Whitecaps (13-5-4). St. Louis will remain in the Northwest as they play Wednesday Night against the Portland Timbers and hope to keep their unbeaten streak alive.
