City SC are back near the top of the Western Conference with a 3-1 victory over the Vancouver Whitecaps 3-1 Saturday Night at Citypark in downtown St. Louis. But 18-year-old Miguel Perez scored the secured goal with the fourth minute during stoppage time to give his team a 3-1 victory.
