The NFL released the NFL Pro Bowl teams, and it was a great day for the Kansas City Chiefs.

Quarterback Patrick Mahomes made the Pro Bowl for the sixth time since starting as the Chiefs’ quarterback.

Mahomes, who will be resting Week 18 in favor of Blaine Gabbert, has a league-most 401 completions for 4,183 yards and 27 touchdowns on the season.

Travis Kelce was selected for the ninth Pro Bowl in his career. Kelce, whose 327,263 total fan votes ranked fifth among all players, was named a Pro Bowler for the ninth-straight season. The future Hall of Famer has had a great 2023 season, notching 93 receptions for 984 yards and five touchdowns on the year.

Defensive tackle Chris Jones was honored for the fifth time.

Meanwhile, two players from the Chiefs’ offensive line were selected. Center Creed Humphrey was selected for the second time. Guard Joe Thuney was nominated for a second straight year.

Meanwhile, Cornerback L’Jarius Sneed, guard Trey Smith, running back Isiah Pacheco, linebackers Willie Gay Jr., and Nick Bolton were selected as alternates for the game.
