The Kansas City Chiefs traded up with the Buffalo Bills, from No. 32 to No. 28. And with the 28th overall pick, the Chiefs drafted Texas wide receiver Xavier Worthy.

That’s right. The fastest player in NFL Combine HISTORY is now on the back-to-back Super Bowl Champion Chiefs.

Worthy ran a 4.21-second 40 yard dash in Indianapolis in February, the best Combine 40 time ever. He’ll be a major playmaking threat with Patrick Mahomes throwing to him.

He’ll also be a huge piece for the offense as the Chiefs will be preparing themselves this season with a potential Rashee Rice suspension, following his multi-car crash (among other charges) in Dallas last month.

One of the most electric receivers in Texas history, Worthy finished his career with the Longhorns with 197 catches for 2,755 yards and 26 touchdowns. He also added a punt return for a touchdown.

"People ask me what I do in the winter when there's no baseball. I'll tell you what I do. I stare out the window and wait for spring."
