Missouri State football’s broadcast schedule and kickoff times were released Thursday and revealed that the Bears will play five games on national television in their first season at the FBS level.

The Bears’ first game of the season on Saturday, Aug. 30, at USC will be nationally televised on the B1G Network at 6:30 p.m. Central Time from the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum.

Missouri State’s home opener at Robert W. Plaster Stadium against nationally-ranked SMU, whose team made the College Football Playoff in 2024, will air nationally on the CBS Sports Network on Saturday, Sept. 13 at 2:30 p.m.

The Bears will also play three Conference USA opponents nationally in 2025 in their first season in the conference.

There is a lot of hype surrounding this year’s Missouri State Bears team, mainly because they (along with Delaware) have transferred from the FCS level to FBS, and will both be making their C-USA debuts.

However, due to school transfer policy, neither team will be bowl eligible this season.

Home game tickets will be available starting on Monday, June 2, at 10 a.m.

They can be purchased at the Great Southern Bank Arena Box Office, online at missouristatebears.com/tickets or by calling (417) 836-7678. Season tickets can also be purchased now online or at the Missouri State box office.

"People ask me what I do in the winter when there's no baseball. I'll tell you what I do. I stare out the window and wait for spring."
