Missouri State Bears Historic Football post season in the FBS has now been confirmed. The Bears will take on the Arkansas State Red Wolves in the inaugural Xbox Bowl in Frisco, Texas. The Xbox Bowl serves as a replacement for the Bahamas Bowl, which was indefinitely postponed following the 2024 season’s edition. The two schools learn that they would play each other on Thursday Morning.

The remainder of bowl season will be announced on Sunday on ESPN and Kickoff for the Xbox Bowl is scheduled for Thursday, December 18 at 8 p.m. CT. The game will be televised on ESPN2. The Red Wolves finish their season at 6-6 in the Sun Belt Conference and led by quarterback Jaylen Raynor who threw for 3,073 passing yards (256.1 per game) while completing 316 of 470 throws (67.2%), with 16 touchdowns and 11 interceptions. Missouri State will be led by their quarterback Jacob Clark who racked up 2,895 passing yards (263.2 per game) while connecting on 222 of 341 passes (65.1%), with 24 touchdowns and 11 interceptions.
