Alton (IL)  The Alton River Dragons are excited to be holding their 2nd Annual Youth Baseball Clinic, taking place June 8th and June 9th at Lloyd Hopkins Field.  The two-day clinic provides boys and girls with the opportunity to learn from River Dragons players and coaches in a low-stress, high energy and fun environment.

The clinic is open to kids of any skill level ages 14 and under and will feature hitting and fielding and base running instruction done through hands-on drills and interactive games.

The cost is $20 to attend both days, while single-day admission is $15.  Parents can register their kids at altonbaseball.com.

“Our goal is to create a memorable experience for the kids in the community, while helping them grow their skills and passion for baseball” said Jarrod Brissenden, field manager for the River Dragons. “Last year’s debut was a huge success and we’re excited to bring it back for a second year.  Its something that our players absolutely love to do.”
